Fork & Salad is a healthy food franchise that features tasty chef-inspired salads, soups, sandwiches, infused house-made teas and lemonades, organic kombucha on draft and more. And, no matter the location, they source as much of the produce as locally and organically as possible. Fork & Salad always keeps healthy and nutritious eating top of mind, along with culinary influence from one of the most special places on earth: Maui, whose rich terrain and thriving farms inspired the three chef-owners to begin the mission to share their unique Maui influenced food around the world.
